From the first phone call until the end of the rewiring job, Kingfisher has been a model of professionalism. As a disabled lady with some speech and mobility issues, Steve was patient and supportive on the phone and Ash and Toby excellent at describing what the issue was and patient in ensuring I understood what remedial work was required. They worked non-stop, declined a cup of tea, came up with a brilliant resolution, saving me time and money. After sweeping up, I think my kitchen floor was possibly cleaner than when they arrived. Really pleased with Kingfisher electrics - they were easy to arrange a time with, and Ash and Toby were knowledgeable and friendly. I had some new power sockets put in, even though I wasn't there on the day they were installed everything was carried out just as we'd discussed beforehand.

We recently had some electric heaters installed by Kingfisher in our rental flat. From start to finish we were well informed of the procedure and Kingfisher quickly responded to our questions regarding the heating controls. Kingfisher also responded very quickly to some additional technical queries we had on our heating units. They are efficient and friendly to deal with, and the heaters look great. We would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

We just moved here from the US and asked a neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation which is how we found this company. I have to say we were completely impressed by them. They gave us a fairly priced and detailed quote, showed up on time, completed the work in exactly the time frame they quoted, and perfectly cleaned up after themselves. The owner even called the next day to ask if everything was ok and make sure we were completely happy. Kingfisher Electric completed a full rewire of my house. Really nice hard working guys. We wanted to live in the place as it wasn't practical for us to move out .They bent over backwards to maintain some comfort for us and did the work efficiently and as tidily as can be managed when cutting chases into walls and holes in ceilings. Thoroughly recommend.

Steve clearly knows his trade and seems to work tirelessly for his clients. They finished in my flat at 5pm after 2 days of work. My flat was on the market and had its first lot of viewings the next morning. Steve worked double time to create the Report which I wanted to show potential buyers and I had it well in time! I needed an electrician to check a tripped fuse and they arranged for an electrician to be able to come the same day. The job was simple for a qualified electrician but they were able to reassure me that the fuse had been fixed and system was safe.

Really reliable and great customer service. Steve was really helpful in identifying our issue prior to sending engineers to help save us from spending money unnecessarily. Managed to book us in before Christmas which was very much appreciated.
