Who can refer?
Anyone aged 18 or over in the UK — past customers, letting agents, landlords, friends, even our own team. A few can't: direct competitors in the same area, and you can't refer your own home or business. Full detail's in the Terms.
Does it have to be a brand-new customer?
No. Even if we've worked for them before, a genuine new job introduced because of you still counts — as long as it wasn't already underway or quoted.
When do I get my voucher?
Usually within five working days of us invoicing the completed work.
Is there a limit?
No limit on how many separate introductions you make. Each new property you send our way can earn its own reward.
When does the programme run?
15 June to 15 September 2026. The work needs to be completed within those dates to qualify.
