Offer terms
- Offers are for letting and block-management agencies and apply to a new client agency or branch — one free first call-out per branch.
- "First call-out free" covers the first hour's labour only. Materials are not included; any time beyond the first hour is chargeable at our normal rates, quoted and agreed before we proceed.
- The 3-working-day guarantee covers the EICR certificate and is measured from the date the inspection is carried out, not the date of instruction. If the certificate on your first EICR with us is not delivered within three working days, that EICR is free.
- Where an inspection identifies remedial work, the quote for that work follows separately and is not covered by the timescale (it can depend on supplier pricing). Your certificate always lands on time.
- Booking the inspection depends on tenant access; we arrange it as quickly as access allows.
